If you are over the age of 12 or a parent or guardian is completing this form, choose Yes.

Enter your Email Address and click Next

Choose Yes if you have an Invite Code or FFA ID
If you do not have an Invite Code or FFA ID choose No.

If you selected Yes and have either an invite code or FFA ID or both, choose the appropriate option from the dropdown then enter your FFA ID, Invite Code or both.

Enter your First Name, Last Name, and State.

Enter your Chapter ID or begin typing your chapter’s name – the system will try and help you find your chapter.

Enter your Date of Birth

Create a username (optional)
To create an FFA.org username click on the Create a Username (Optional) link Create a Username Your username must be between 6 – 30 characters and cannot be an email address. Create a Password and Confirm Password Your password must be a minimum of 7 characters, contain at least 1 letter and 1 number, and cannot contain your username.

Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then check the box.

Click Next

A one-time Verification Code will be sent to your email address. Retrieve the verification code from your email account.
Note: The validation code will expire within 10 minutes!

Enter the Verification Code

Click Next

Click Return to login and enter your username and password to complete the link between the social media provider and FFA.org
Note: if you did not create an FFA.org username and password, a new browser tab will open after you click Return to login.

Enter the FFA ID from the previous tab as the Username

Enter the Activation Code from the previous tab as the Password

Click Submit
You will only need this information this one time in order to link to your FFA.org membership
