General Guidelines

Shop FFA has a standardized personalization program for embroidered and engraved items. This program streamlines the process and reduces the potential for ordering errors. The personalization information you enter on Shop FFA will be sent directly to personalization machines.

Orders with valid email addresses will be sent order confirmations for your review of the personalization that has been entered. Please review any order for errors or necessary changes and contact our customer service department within 1 business day of ordering. Any orders that are released for production beyond 1 business day from ordering will be subject to the guidelines for Returns and Exchanges. Returns will NOT be authorized for any personalized items that have been produced as reflected on the order confirmation.
