Trouble using Forgot Username or Forgot Password?

Review the information entered on the Forgot Username form. To use the Forgot Username function, the information entered on the Forgot Username form (i.e., First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Date of Birth) must match the information on your FFA.org account. How is your name spelled in our system? Is your name commonly misspelled? Could there be a space in your first or last name? Could a prefix (e.g., Jr., Sr., II, IV, etc.) be included as part of your first or last name? E.g., Abby vs. Abbigail, Becky vs. Rebecca, Tommy vs. Thomas, J R vs. JR,  Van Dyke vs. VanDyke,Chris vs. Chris Jr., Smith vs. Smith Jr.

Review the information entered on the Forgot Password form. To use the Forgot Password function, the information entered on the Forgot Password form (i.e., Username and Email Address) must match the information on your FFA.org account. See “What’s next?” below.

Do you have multiple FFA.org logins with the exact same information? If you have multiple FFA.org logins and each login has the exact same first name, last name, email address and date of birth, the system will not know which username to send (during the Forgot Username process). See “What’s next?” below.

Has your email address changed? If you no longer have access to the email address on your FFA.org account, you will not be able to use the Forgot Username and/or Forgot Password functions. See “What’s next?” below.

<p?Are you sure you have an FFA.org login? If you are a current or former member, you may exist in our membership system. Yet, you may have not created an FFA.org login linked to your membership profile. See “What’s next?” below.

Are you a teacher/advisor from Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana or Texas? Your state uses a different system for accessing FFA.org and ShopFFA.org. Go to your state’s website (i.e., AZFFA.org, ArkansasFFA.org, GaAgEd.org, IlAgEd.org, InFFA.org or TexasFFA.org) and log in to your Roster account. Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard on the left side of the page. At the bottom of your Dashboard, there is a Go to My FFA.org Account link.  When you click that link, you will be redirected to FFA.org and automatically logged in to your teacher/advisor account. If you have additional questions or concerns about logging in, please contact your state FFA association.
