Shop FFA will replace, exchange, or give credit at the purchase price for any non-personalized item up to 60 days from the date of purchase (gift cards excluded). Returns will NOT be accepted after 60 days. Returns will NOT be authorized for any personalized items or gift cards that have been produced as reflected on the order confirmation. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns will NOT be processed upon receipt unless a Return Authorization form is included in the package, and the Return Authorization form reference number must be included on the shipping label of any return.
Please call our customer service department at 888-332-2668 (option 1) during normal business hours or via email at orders@ffa.org to inquire about a return/credit within our return policy guidelines and request a return authorization. A UPS® shipping label can be sent to you upon request, and the return shipping amount of $7.50 will be deducted from the credit amount. If any merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging, and notify our customer service department immediately.
