Multiple cancellation and refund policies are in effect for various aspects of the 2023 National FFA Convention & Expo.
Registration Purchases
Before Oct. 11 (8 p.m. EDT): All convention registration and event fees may be canceled and refunded for any reason. Complete any changes via the online registration system using the link found in your registration confirmation email.
After Oct. 11: Only attendees or groups with extreme circumstances are eligible to have their registration fees refunded with documentation. These attendees and groups will need to complete the Registration Purchases Refund Request Form.
Extreme circumstances include:
- Suspected or confirmed COVID-19 exposure or illness among attendees 10 days prior to or during the event
- Official cancellation of trip approval due to COVID-19 (Example: School administration cancellation of all student travel.)
FFA Housing Block Reservations
By Sept. 13: Reservations in the FFA Housing Block may be canceled without a fee.
Sept. 14 to Oct. 4: Reservation cancellations in the FFA Housing Block are subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus, per room canceled. All changes or cancellations should be processed via the online FFA Housing system. For extreme circumstances (see above), please contact the Visit Indy housing team directly (317-262-8191).
After Oct. 4: Reservation cancellations in the FFA Housing Block are subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus, per room canceled. Any changes or cancellations must be processed directly with your hotel.
Concert and Rodeo Tickets
Per Ticketmaster policy, all concert and rodeo tickets, taxes, fees and shipping charges are nonrefundable unless Event Ticket Insurance is selected at the time of purchase. Event Ticket Insurance is highly recommended for all concert and rodeo purchases. If Event Ticket Insurance is selected, eligible attendees and groups should work directly with Ticketmaster to obtain refunds.
Parking
Parking passes are subject to the refund policies of each parking vendor.
Non-affiliated hotels and vendors
Please work directly with vendors not affiliated with the National FFA Convention & Expo if you are unable to attend the event.
