Chapter leaders can give members the information they need to create an FFA.org login linked to their membership profile.
An FFA.org invitation has information the member can use create an FFA.org login linked to his or her membership profile, such as:- First and last name as spelled in the roster system
- Where to start – Web page (URL)
- Chapter ID
- Invite Code
Begin in the roster system under Manage Memberships.
Use Search to locate membership(s).
- Select Student or Alumni – The default is Student unless you only have Alumni roles
- Verify the current Membership Year is selected– The default is the current year
- Verify your Chapter is selected – Your chapter should be the default unless you manage multiple chapters
- Click Search
Print Invitations
While in the Member Login Info view, you can print invitations for a single membership or multiple memberships.
For a single membership:- In the Actions column, click thefor a specific membership – A PDF will be generated
- Retrieve the PDF – Locating the downloaded file will depend on your internet browser
- Print the invitation and hand it to the member
- Select Membership(s) to print invitations for by one of the following methods:
- Select checkboxes to print invitations for one or more memberships
- Click the top-left checkbox to print invitations for all memberships on the current page
- Choose Select all ## memberships to print invitations for all memberships on all pages – This option only appears when there are more than 20 memberships
- Click Print Invitation(s)
- Retrieve the PDF – Locating the downloaded file will depend on your internet browser
- Print the invitations
- Cut along the dotted lines to separate the invitations
- Hand the invitations to the members specified on the invitations
