  • How to complete the Health, Safety and Event Participation Waiver and Code of Conduct

    All waivers must be signed by either the participant (if at least 18 years of age) or by the participant’s parent/guardian (if under 18 years old).
  • Using the Group Waiver Status Dashboard

    Group leaders can manage the digital waivers for their group using the Waiver Status Dashboard.
